One Vehicle Connected
The active connector may use the available cabinet output up to the limits of the charger configuration and the vehicle's accepted charging power.

• Two DC connectors serve adjacent charging bays • 40–240kW commercial power options available • DC200–1000V supports varied battery platforms • CCS1, CCS2, GB/T and CHAdeMO options • Standard 5m cables with optional length upgrades • IP54 cabinet supports indoor and outdoor sites • Optional OCPP enables backend integration
A Dual Connector DC Fast Charger serves two charging positions from one commercial floor-mounted cabinet. Our NEDF platform offers 40–240kW configurations, DC200–1000V output and connector options for CCS1, CCS2, GB/T and CHAdeMO markets.
Two connectors do not automatically provide the full cabinet rating to both vehicles at the same time. The maximum current per connector, simultaneous output and power-allocation method must be fixed in the ordered configuration.
The cabinet rating defines the total available output. Actual power delivered to each connected vehicle also depends on its battery voltage, charging curve, state of charge, temperature and accepted current.
The active connector may use the available cabinet output up to the limits of the charger configuration and the vehicle's accepted charging power.
The available cabinet power must be allocated between both sessions. The exact maximum per connector depends on the ordered hardware and control logic.
Charging demand normally changes during each session. If a particular fixed, equal-sharing or dynamic allocation method is required, specify it before production.
Procurement check: Ask for the maximum simultaneous output of Connector A and Connector B-not only the total kilowatt rating printed on the cabinet.
These specifications apply to the available NEDF floor-mounted series. The quotation and model-specific technical file should identify the final connector pairing, current limits, cooling and simultaneous charging arrangement.

Model confirmation: The listed series range does not mean every power, current, connector, cable and cooling option can be combined. We review the required combination before confirming the order.
A matching pair can suit sites serving a consistent regional fleet. Confirm whether both cables require the same length, cooling method and maximum current.
A mixed arrangement may serve more than one vehicle standard at the same location. Do not assume direct compatibility between CCS1, CCS2, GB/T and CHAdeMO vehicles.
If one bay serves higher-power vehicles, state the required output current and cable cooling for each side. Final limits must be identified separately.
Use current vehicle data together with confirmed fleet-purchase plans. Avoid adding an interface solely for vehicles that are unlikely to use the location.
Connector quantity has limited value if a cable cannot reach the vehicle inlet or one charging bay blocks cabinet access. Confirm the complete parking layout before fixing cable length and charger position.
Mark the two intended charging positions, parking direction and vehicle circulation route.
Check the charging-inlet positions of the passenger cars, vans, buses or trucks using each bay.
Review the standard 5m cable against cabinet position without creating excessive tension or trip hazards.
Leave room for doors, ventilation, maintenance work and protective barriers around the cabinet.
We use these inputs to define the ordered configuration. Delivery terms are confirmed after the technical specification, purchase quantity, packaging needs and destination have been established.
A dual-connector configuration can serve two charging bays simultaneously. The maximum output available to each vehicle depends on the cabinet rating, ordered power-allocation arrangement and each vehicle's charging demand.
Not when both vehicles require power at the same time unless the ordered system is specifically rated for that combined output. Buyers should confirm the cabinet total and maximum simultaneous output per connector.
Project configurations may use matching or mixed connector standards selected from CCS1, CCS2, GB/T and CHAdeMO. The destination market and vehicle list must be provided before the pairing is confirmed.
Use the vehicle battery voltage, accepted DC power, dwell time, peak arrivals, simultaneous charging target and available transformer capacity. The NEDF series offers 40, 60, 80, 120, 160, 180 and 240kW options.
The standard cable length is 5m, and length upgrades are available. Provide the cabinet position, parking orientation and vehicle inlet locations so the required reach for each connector can be reviewed.
OCPP is available as an option. Provide the required protocol version, backend platform, network method and session-management requirements so compatibility can be reviewed before production.
Send the destination country, vehicle models, battery voltage, accepted DC power, required cabinet rating, Connector A and B standards, simultaneous charging demand, site input supply, cable lengths, OCPP needs, quantity and OEM requirements.
Send the vehicle list, required connector pairing, simultaneous charging demand, cabinet power, site supply, cable reach and backend requirements. We will review the dual-connector configuration for quotation.
