Friends can use a multimeter or have the property electrician take measurements. In general, the voltage of the live wire to the neutral wire and the ground wire is between 220-250V:
(1) If the voltage of the live wire to ground is 0V, we can judge that the ground wire is disconnected.
(2) If the voltage of the live wire to the ground wire is low, and the voltage of the live wire to the neutral wire is between 220-250V, it can be judged that the grounding resistance of the ground wire is too large, or the ground wire has poor contact.
(3) If the neutral line to ground voltage is greater than 70V, there may be a problem on the power input line. At this time, it is necessary to ask the property electrician or charging pile installer to assist in the rectification of the ground wire and power input line.
