New energy vehicles are equipped with charging interfaces (referred to as charging ports), which are used as the interface between the vehicle charging system and the charging pile, and there is friction in the terminal during normal use and plugging, which is a loss part.
However, if the charging gun is not used normally, it will seriously shorten the service life.
When using it normally, pay attention to the following when plugging and unplugging the charging gun:
1. When starting charging, aim the gun at the corresponding port and then push it in;
2. When ending charging, first perform necessary operations on the charging equipment (such as swiping the card or setting to stop charging), then unlock the vehicle, and then press the charging gun unlock button and hold it for 1~2 seconds before pulling out the gun (To directly or quickly pull out the charging gun, there is a risk of arcing).
3. If the charging gun has the following situations (mechanical lock damage, terminal melting, etc.), it is recommended not to use it and need to be replaced.
