A Good Partner For Electric Vehicles – Charging Pile Design
Dec 22, 2023
In the context of global resource conservation and green economic development, new energy vehicles are developing rapidly, and charging piles have received great attention from the government and the industry as the power guarantee of new energy vehicles. The strong demand in the charging pile market also provides a good development opportunity for designers, so let's take a look at these creative charging pile designs today.
SK Signet EV Charger
The 350-kilowatt ultra-fast EV charger charges at a speed of about 20 miles (32 kilometers) per minute. It is seven times faster than the most commonly used 50kW fast charger. The latest plug-and-play technology is also installed, allowing for automatic user authentication, charging, and even payment by simply plugging the cable into the vehicle.

Genesis
The Genesis Wireless EV Charging System greatly reduces user inconvenience during the charging process, thereby helping to enhance the user experience of electric vehicles, rather than just a simple charging event. It consists of a Power Conversion System (PCS) that transmits electrical energy, controls charging and indicates the state of charge, and a base PAD embedded power cord that generates a magnetic field to power it. The overall height of the PCS and the position of the indicator are optimally designed so that the user can watch the charging process from the driver's seat in Parking mode.
A-MONITE
The A-MONITE consists of a reel cable structure, so you can plug in the charger cable. It is also a public mobile EV charger that can be charged at high speeds, unlike traditional portable chargers.

Cirsquare
Cirsquare wall-mounted charging pile. The RFID card is located at the bottom right of the fuselage. After paying the fee, touch the RFID card to the RFID circle. The LED ring around the RF ID text changes from red to blue. This is a signal that it is ready to start charging. When the user places the switch on the gun, charging will start. When charging is over, wrap the cable around the gap between the circular face and the rectangular body. Finally, place the gun into the center of the hole in the circular hole.
Nebo
Nebo users can request charging drones to fly onto their electric vehicles and power their vehicles on the road. The driver can then plug in the destination from the dashboard display, and Nebo will find the fastest route and create a charging schedule for the trip, ensuring the EV is fully charged. Each charging drone contains electromagnetic and ultrasonic sensors that locate and lock the roof of an electric vehicle.
